Early Check In – Late Check Out

Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before check-in, the guest will be refunded the entire payment (*not applicable on promotional offers)
  • If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before check-in, the guest will be charged 1 night retention fee. (i.e. , the full day’s rate)
  • If the booking is a non-refundable booking, the guest will be charged 100% retention fee.

Pet Policy

No pets will be allowed in the hotel premises.

Occupancy Policy

A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child can be accommodated in a double occupancy room.

Policy in case of missing reservation

The hotel will provide alternative accommodation of the same category at no extra cost in the event that the customer has a reservation and the hotel is overbooked or has missed the reservation.

Hotel Entry Policy

All guests above the age of 18 years will be expected to produce a government approved ID. These include driver’s license, passport, aadhar card or voters ID. If valid ID proof is not produced, the hotel reserves the right to deny booking.

Guests of hotel residents will be allowed to stay in the room till 10:00 PM.

The Hotel reserves the right for admission to ensure the safety and security of its residents.As an extension of this policy, entry maybe denied to unmarried couples.

Guest must agree to conduct themselves responsibly whilst in the premises, any behaviour below acceptable standards can result in the guest being asked to leave the premises with no compensation or refund.
